      Due one week before delivery.

    8. Delivery
      Furniture delivered to your venue as scheduled.

    9. Post-Event Collection
      We’ll handle the pickup after your event.

    10. Follow-Up
      We’ll check in to make sure everything met your expectations.

  • Yes, a 50% deposit is required on confirmation of your quote.

  • Payments can be made via EFT only.

    Bank details will be provided on pro forma.

    Cards are not accepted.

    • We deliver anywhere in Gauteng.

    • Delivery is dispatched once all payments have been received.

    • We will collect as discussed, usually on the morning after your event.

  • While we're happy to deliver small orders, we do not deliver single items such as individual chairs or tables.

    Our minimum delivery fee will apply at all times.

  • Have something in mind but don’t see it in the catalogue?

    We can source or build it for you. Just ask!

  • Event setup can be added to your quote — just ask!

  • While not necessary, we do prefer to inspect venues for larger events.

    This is so we can contribute to your event running smoothly by making delivery as efficient as possible.

  • Furniture will be inspected upon collection. Any damages or losses due to theft will be charged to your account after investigation.

    If damage or loss is out of your control (e.g. due to fire, flooding, or an accident) you will not be held liable.

    We recommend that you discuss insurance policies with your chosen venue during the booking process.

  • Things change—we get it!

    Orders can be changed up to a week before delivery date. Just reach out to our team with your updated venue and furniture needs.

    Changes will be reflected in your pro forma and total payment due may increase or decrease.

  • If your event is not on ground level (e.g. a rooftop or the second floor) just let us know so our delivery team can plan for this.

    We'll also need to know other access details to your venue:

    • Are there stairs?

    • Is there a lift?

    • Is there outside access (e.g. over a deck railing)

  • We have a trusted network of event planners, stylists, and designers to help you create the perfect event.
